HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS
be slim and healthy
not slim and sick

You're going to feel much better when you reach your target weight provided you use a Healthy-Weight-loss program.

It is surprising how many people try to lose weight by missing meals and more or less starving themselves to reduce their calorie intake. At the same time they increase their exercise levels, attempting to squeeze their bodies from both sides ie lower energy input and higher energy output to achieve fast weight loss.

This is a DISASTER for the body. Usually the outcome of a "starvation diet" type regime is to put weight on. Also if continued over a prolonged period ailments related to vitamin and mineral deficiencies can develop, coupled with a build-up of free oxygen radicals due to increasing exercise levels at the same time as reducing the intake of antioxidants. Finally the metabolic rate slows as a result of the changes taking place in the body.

The most likely result of this type of regime is; Your appetite and craving for food become uncontrollable. You feel sluggish and lethargic. You are beginning to develop one or more ailments related to vitamin and mineral deficiencies, some of which will be covered in other areas of the website and can be very serious. Oh, and you will probably be heavier than when you started. This cannot be described as a TRIUMPH.

In the past my wife Gillian and I have done this, even paying for guidance on how to do it best.

The only safe, natural and Healthy way to reduce your weight is to eat fewer calories than your body is using, while ensuring the food you eat to make up your calories gives you a higher level of nutrition than you enjoy now. THIS CAN BE DONE!
