Old van

It may be old but, like us,
keep feeding it the right stuff and it just keeps going,

Fuel for seniors, your food and drink, is your body's energy source. Just the same as any high spec. piece of equipment, be it a car, a plane, or an old van. A high performance output is only possible if a high quality input energy source is used.

As we get older our difficulties increase as our physical performance tends to reduce naturally with age, it's lucky that as we age few of us wish to be competing at a high level in sporting activities. That said, we do all need to retain a level of physical performance that keeps us as healthy as possible and enables us to live a normal life and continue to be a useful part of the society we live in. As time goes on this is impossible unless your food input is giving your body not almost all, but everything it needs to make ongoing repairs and maintain a good level of performance in the normal activities of day to day life.
